How it works

What happens after you buy

Every Klopp product is delivered the same way: a standard core, configured to your company, never reinvented from zero. Below are the three delivery paths, step by step, with the outputs each one leaves behind.

Product path 01

Klopp FS Pack: the build path

A one-time build on your actuals that ends with a working three-statement model you own.

01

Data request

Onboarding starts with a defined data request: your financial statements for the last two to three years, monthly actuals from your bookkeeping system and your jurisdiction. The checklist names every file.

02

Build and calibration

The model is built on your actuals: the driver layer is calibrated from your history, the three statements are integrated and the jurisdiction tax logic for Finland or Estonia is applied.

03

Checks and handover

The model ships only when every built-in reconciliation check passes. A handover walkthrough with a written guide closes the build. You end owning a model your team can run.

The build ends at handover. An optional annual refresh keeps the model current at planning season. See the Klopp FS Pack

Product path 02

Fractional CFO Partnership: the monthly cadence

A fixed monthly rhythm that turns each close into decisions, with defined outputs every month.

01

Close and pack

After month-end close, your actuals become the monthly management pack: P&L, margin and cash in a decision-ready view.

02

Variance commentary

The pack carries variance commentary in plain English: what moved, why and what it means for cash, runway and margin.

03

Working session and review

A senior working session walks through the decisions the numbers put in front of you. A senior review closes every monthly delivery.

Our commitment: your first management report within two weeks of onboarding or your first month is free. See the Fractional CFO Partnership

Product path 03

Strategic Financial Foresight: the study arc

One study per decision, run as a 14-day arc from framing to decision workshop.

01

Frame the decision

The study starts from one real decision in front of you and maps the forces that could move it: demand, pricing, cost of capital, FX and the cash cycle.

02

Build and price the futures

The scenario set is built and each future is quantified on your model in cash, runway and margin, so the trade-offs sit side by side.

03

Workshop and dashboard

A decision workshop puts the futures side by side. You leave with an early-warning dashboard of the signals that show which one is arriving.

The study ends at the workshop and the dashboard. Running the monthly cadence afterwards is the Partnership. See Strategic Financial Foresight

Onboarding and data

A defined start, not a long project

Every product starts the same way: a product-fit call, a defined data request and a configuration agreed before the work starts. Your bookkeeper keeps the ledger. The products run on top of it.

A standard core, configured to your company, never reinvented from zero.

Not sure which path fits? Compare the three products.

A defined data request

The onboarding checklist names every file before the work starts, typically your financial statements, monthly actuals and your jurisdiction.

Configured, not reinvented

Configuration means selecting from defined options, not reinventing the work from zero.

Your stack stays

The products run on what you already use: your bookkeeping system, Excel or Google Sheets.

Quality

Checked before it reaches you

Every Klopp product runs through a defined quality system before it reaches you. The FS Pack ships only when its built-in reconciliation checks all pass. Every monthly pack and every Foresight study goes through a delivery checklist and a senior review. Quality lives in the product system, not in memory or goodwill.
